Title: Cucumber Sour Cream Mold

Yield: 10 Servings
1 1/2 c Boiling water
1 pk (8 serv or 2 4 serv size
Lime Flavored Jello
1/4 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Cold water
1 tb Lemon juice
1/2 c Miracle whip
1/2 c Sour cream
1 1/2 c Cucumber; chopped, seeded,
Peeled
2 tb Minced onion
1 ts Dill weed
: Stir boiling water into gelatin and salt in large bowl at least
2
minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water and lemon juice.
Refrigerate about 1 1/4 hours or until slightly thickened (consistency
of
unbeaten egg whites). Mix salad dressing and sour cream in small bowl
until well blended. Stir into thickened gelatin. refrigerate about 15
minutes or until thickened(spoon drawn through leaves definite
impression). Stir in cucumbers onion, and dill weed. Pour into 5 cup mo
ld.
Refrigerate 4 hours oruntil firm. Unmold. Garnish as Desired. Makes 10
