Ruby Red Rasberry Cheese Ring

1 package frozen raspberries
7 ounces crushed pineapple
1 package raspberry Jello
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
6 ounces cream cheese
1 package Dream Whip, prepared
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup broken nuts

Thaw raspberries, drain and save juice. Drain pineapple and save juice. Combi
ne juices and add water to make 1 3/4 cup. Heat to boiling and add Jello. Sti
r until dissolved. Cool until partially set. Add raspberries and pour into oi
led Jello mold. Refrigerate until firm.

Soften unflavored gelatin in cold water. Dissolve over hot water. Cool to roo
m temperature. Cream together cream cheese, dream whip, and powdered sugar. B
lend gelatin into pineapple. Fold pineapple mixture, and nuts into cream chees
e mixutre. Spoon over raspberry layer and chill unti firm. Remove fom mold an
d serve.
