Zukini Casserole

Title: ZUKINI CASSEROLE

3 Peeled diced tomatoes
1 Large zukini sliced
1 Layer of onion rings
1/2 ts Each salt & pepper
3 tb Brown sugar
1/2 ts Basil
1/2 c Cracker crumbs
1/2 c Grated cheese

Layer zukini and peeled and diced tomatoes and then
onion rings. Sprinkle brown sugar and salt, pepper and
basil on top then cracker crumbs and grated cheese .
Cover with foil and bake 1/2 hour in 350 oven then
remove foil and continue baking 45 min.
