1 package (10 oz.) French cut green beans
1 tomato -- diced
1/2 cup celery -- diced
1/2 cup green bell pepper -- diced
3 tablespoons onion -- chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/3 cup water
Lemon wedges

Combine all ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simm
er, covered, for 6 to 8 minutes or until beans are done. Garnish with lemon wed
ges. Serves 4.
