1/2 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 tablespoons melted butter
1 1/2 cups milk
1 package (20 oz.) frozen green beans -- cooked and drained
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Stir flour, salt and pepper into melted butter in a saucepan. Stir in milk; co
ok until thickened. Pour over green beans. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, brow
n under broiler.
