Baked Potatoes with Western Style Sauce

3 tablespoons margarine
1/2 cup green pepper -- diced
1/2 cup celery -- diced
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
3 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese -- grated
1/2 pound smoked ham, fully cooked -- diced
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
6 baking potatoes -- baked

In large saucepan or Microwave dish, melt margarine. Saute green pepeppers
and celery until crisp-tender, 3 minutes. Stir in dry mustard and flour.
Cook for 1 minute. Gradually add milk. Stir until thick. Add cheese and
stir to melt. Add ham and Tabasco sauce. Heat. Serve over hot baked potatoes.
