1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
3/4 c fat-free mozzarella cheese -- shredded
10 ozs frozen mixed vegetables
4 med potatoes
baked and cut into quarters
In a small saucepan, combine milk, cornstarch, mustard, salt, and black
pepper. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Add cheese, stirring
until melted. Stir in vegetables and heat through.
