12 ounces Cacique brand Crema Salvadoreña
4 pounds russet potatoes
2 tablespoons garlic -- minced
salt and white pepper -- to taste

Peel the potatoes and cut into 4 pieces. Boil in salted water until soft. Drain
and let steam and dry in same pot. Add the rest of the ingredients and mash th
e potatoes until smooth in consistency.
