Morrocan Potato Wedges

4 med/large baking potatoes
2 Tb oil
1 Tb tomato paste
1 T cumion seeds
2 tsp paprika
1 pinch cayenne
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
Scrub potatoes and cut into wedges about
1.5cm thick. Place in a baking dish and
mix through oil and tomato paste.
Toast cumin seeds in a dry pan until they
pop.
Tip on to a board and grind with a
rolling pin. Mix with other spices.
Sprinkle over potatoes -- turning to coat
evenly
Bake at 220 C for 20 -25 minutes until
golden and crunchy.
