4 cups Mashed potatoes (about 8 to -- 10 large)
8 ounces Sour cream
8 ounces Cream cheese -- softened
1 teaspoon Dried chives or 1 Tbsp. -- snipped
Fresh chives
1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/4 cup Dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon Butter -- melted
1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
1 In a large bowl -- combine
sour cream -- cream
Cheese -- chives and garlic
Tu urn into a -- greased
2 quarts Casserole. Combine bread -- crumbs with butter;

sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Top with cheese
and serve immediately. Dish can be assembled a day ahead and baked just before
serving.
