1 package frozen French fry cut potatoes
that provide 4 servings
2 tablespoons Pesto
Cook the potatoes according to your taste and manufacturer's directions. (I
prefer to broil them.) When they are brown and crisp, take them out of the
oven and toss them with the pesto.

Serving Ideas : Serve immediately.
NOTES : This is a quick, easy accompaniment to barbecued fish or steak, and it
really dresses up hamburgers (especially if you put 1 tsp. room temperature,
crumbled gorgonzola cheese inside each patty as you make them-the secret throw
away hint of the book! Pesto fries also are great with grilled fish. Yield: 4
servings.
