Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
2 c Potatoes -- seasoned & mashed
1 Egg -- slightly beaten
1 tb Onion -- finely chopped
1 tb Green pepper -- chopped
2 tb Oil

Combine all ingredients except oil; mix well. Shape into six patties.
Brown well in hot oil, about 4 minutes on each side. I use leftover
mashed potatoes myself.
