Potato Wedges

8 large potatoes, unpeeled, cut into 8 wedges
1/2 cup oil
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 375F.
Arrange potato wedges, peel side down, in 2 shallow baking pans.
Mix remaining ingredients and brush over potatoes.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until potatoes are golden
brown and tender, brushing occasionally with oil mixture.
If using oven broiler for kabobs, bake pots in preheated 375F oven
for 20min, basting occasionally.
Then increase heat to broil and bak pots only about 10min longer while
kabobs are broiling.
