2 pints cherry tomatoes
2 teaspoons reduced-calorie margarine
2 tablespoons fresh basil
In a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, saute tomatoes in melted margarine
just until heated through, about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with basil. Cook and stir
until basil is wilted, about 1 minute. Serve hot.

Variation
^ Use a combination of basil, parsley, oregano and thyme, or dill and parsley
