3 medium zucchini -- thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon Italian seasoning, oregano, or basil
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
8 oz can tomato sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine all ingredients e
xcept cheese. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 375 for 30 to 40 minutes
or until tender.
