14 Oz Condensed Milk, Sweetened
2 Tsp Glycerine
1 1/2 C Irish Whiskey
1 Tbsp Water
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract

Put all ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk for 10 minutes. Store in the
refrigerator,
