4 Drops Angustura Bitters
4 Drops Cointreau
4 Drops Cognac
Laurent Perrier Champagne
Orange Peel Twist
1 Cherry

Place the sugar lump in a flute. Add the bitters, then the cointreau and
cognac.
Top up with champagne and serve with the orange twist and cherry on a stick.
