1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple -- undrained
2 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt -- softened
1 teaspoon rum extract
1 teaspoon coconut extract
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
ice cubes

Combine first 5 ingredients incontainer of an electric blender. Add enough
ice cubes to bring mixture to 4 cup level; process until smooth, stopping to
scrape down sides. Serve immediately. Makes 4 cups.
