Orange Blossom Liqueur

5 Tbsp Dried Orange Blossoms
1 Fifth Vodka Or Brandy
1 Small Pinch Ground Cloves
1 Small Pinch Ground Cinnamon
1 Cup Sugar Syrup

Steep the blossoms and spices in the vodka or brandy for one week.
Strain, pressing the petals to extract as much liquid as possible.
Strain through cheesecloth and add the sugar syrup.

Variation: you may want to add a few pieces of orange peel and use
orange-blossom honey rather than the sugar syrup.
