3 Oranges
1 Fifth Brandy Or Vodka
1 Cup sugar syrup or honey

Remove the peel from the oranges, taking care not to remove the white
portion with the peel. Place the peel with the brandy or vodka in a
large jar; close tightly and shake well. Let it steep for 3 weeks.
Strain out the peel and add the sugar syrup or honey. If using honey,
let the cordial sit for 2 weeks and then siphon off the clear liquid.
