1 Tbsp Bruised Rosemary Leaves
1 Piece Lemon Peel, 3/4 X 6 Inches
3/4 Tsp Ground Coriander
1 Fifth Vodka
1 Cup Sugar Syrup

Add the bruised rosemary leaves, lemon peel and coriander to the vodka.
Shake well and let steep for one week. Strain through cheesecloth and
add the sugar syrup.
