1 Tonka Bean
3 Inch Piece Vanilla Bean
1 Cinnamon Stick, 3-4 Inches Long
1 Fifth Vodka
1 Cup Sugar Syrup

Steep the tonka bean, vanilla bean and cinnamon stick in the vodka for
two weeks. Filter through cheesecloth and add the sugar syrup. Do not
oversteep as the cinnamon will be too strong in relation to the other
flavors.
