1 Tsp Crumbled Wormwood
1 Cup Brandy
1/3 Cup Honey

There is noway that I would ever make this!!!

Add the crumbled wormwood to the brandy; shake and let steep for 48
hours. Strain through cheesecloth and add the honey. Let stand for 3
weeks and carefully uncap the jar without shaking. The pollen and dark
material in the honey will have settled to the bottom. Siphon off the
clear liquid.

This is extremely bitter.
