2 cups Instant cocoa mix
2 cups non-dairy creamer
1 cup instant coffee -- can use decaf
1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Mix in blender, store in moisture proof container. Use 2-3 teaspoons of
mix to a cup of hot water.
