Make You Own Sweetened Condensed Milk

Title: MAKE YOU OWN SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK

1/3 c Water
3/4 c Sugar
1 1/3 c Instant skim milk
4 tb Butter

Heat water and sugar in medium saucepan until sugar dissolves,
approximately 5 minutes. Add butter. heat mixture until butter melts.
Remove from heat. Place instant milk in food processer or blender. Pour
watersugar mixture in blenderprocessor. Process until well blended. Makes
1 cup swwtened condensed milk for fudge recipe. No leftovers like when you
use the canned sweetned condensed milk.
