Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 c Instant nonfat dry milk
2/3 c Sugar
1/2 c Boiling water
3 tb Butter, melted

Combine all ingredients in blender and whirl until
smooth. Makes about the same amount as one can of
condensed milk.
