9 ounces cherry-flavored gelatin
(three 3-ounce packages)
3 cups sugar
(use 2 to 3 cups sugar)
6 cups boiling water
46 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice
(one 46-ounce can)
12 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate -- thawed
(one 12-ounce can)
12 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate -- thawed
(one 12-ounce can)
1 gallon cold water
4 liters ginger ale
(two 2-liter bottles)
Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Add pineapple juice,
concentrates and cold water; mix well. Freeze. Just before serving, add
ginger ale and mix well.
Makes 60 (4-ounce) servings.
