Cream Cheese Fudge ~

6 oz Cream Cheese, softened
2 tb Cream
4 c Confectioners' Sugar
4 oz Unsweetened Chocolate
2 ts Vanilla
2 ts Rum
1 ds Salt
1 1/2 c Chopped Nuts
Melt the unsweetened chocolate in a double boiler (in a container immersed
in very hot water). Blend the cream cheese and cream. Gradually add the
confectioners' sugar. Add the melted chocolate, vanilla, rum, salt, and 1
cup of the chopped nuts. Press into 8-inch square pan. Add the remaining
1/2 cup chopped nuts on top. Refrigerate 15 minutes and cut.
