Fudge/Diabetic

14 1/2 oz Evaporated milk
3 tb Cocoa powder
1/4 c Margarine
Liquid artificial
Sweetener to= 1/2 c sugar
1/8 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
2 1/4 c Graham cracker crumbs; * see
1/4 c Chopped nuts
* finely crush enough crackers to equal the amount called for in recipe.
Combine milk and cocoa in 1 1/2 quart saucepan; beat until well blended.
Add margarine, sweetener and salt. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Stir in remaining ingredients except 1/4 cup graham crackers. Cool about 15
minutes.
Divide mixture in 32 balls. Roll in remaining graham crackers and chill.
Yield 32 candies Exchange: each candy equals 1/2 bread substitute and 1
fat exchange Pat Dwigans
