Light Peanut Butter Fudge

Title: LIGHT PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

2 1/4 c Sugar
3/4 c Milk
1 c Marshmallow cream
1 c Peanut butter
3 ts Vanilla
Grease a 9x9-inch pan. Combine sugar and milk in a 3-quart pan and place
over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar disolves. Cover.
Let boil 2 - 3 minutes. Uncover. Continue to boil over medium heat,
without stirring, until syrup dropped into cold water forms a ball. Remove
from heat and stir in marshmallow cream, peanut butter and vanilla.
Mix well. Spread into pan. Cool. Cut into squares
