Maple Fudge

Title: MAPLE FUDGE

1 pt Maple syrup
4 tb Butter
1 c White sugar
1/2 c Chopped nuts
Put syrup and sugar into a 2 quart saucepan cook over medium heat stirring
until sugar is all dissolved.
Cook slowly until mixture reaches 238 degrees or soft boil stage. Remove
from heat. Add butternand let stand until at room temperature. Then stir
until fudge loses its gloss. Quickly add nuts and pour into greased 8x8
