1 egg, well-beaten
3 tablespoons cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pound confectioners' sugar
4 squares melted chocolate
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup chopped nuts
Mix egg, cream, vanilla, salt and sugar. Melt chocolate and butter together
and add to mix. Stir in nuts.
Spead in buttered 8x8" pan. Cool (NOT in refrigerator). Cut into squares.
Makes 1 1/3 pounds fudge.
