Crockpot Brunswick Stew

2 each squirrel -- cleaned
3 each celery stalk -- cut up
3 each carrot -- cut up
1 large onion -- quartered
PART 2--------
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 large onion -- chopped
2 each carrot -- sliced
2 each celery stalks -- sliced
3 each potato -- diced
1 can (16oz) whole tomatoes
1 package10oz frozen corn
1 bottle(18oz) hickory smoke BBQ sauce
Place squirrels and vegetables [top part] into crockpot. Add water to fill pot.
Cook on low setting 8 to 12 hrs. Discard vegetables, retaining liquid stock. R
emove meat from squirrels, Discarding bones.
PART 2
Place all ingredients into crockpot. Add retained liquid stock. Cook 6 hrs on l
ow setting.
