2 1/2 c granulated sugar
1/2 c reduced fat margarine -- melted
5 ozs evaporated skim milk
7 ozs Homemade Marshmallow Cream
12 ozs semisweet chocolate chips -- melted
3/4 c walnuts -- chopped
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Line a 9" square pan with foil extends over sides of pan; butter foil. In a
saucepan, combine sugar, margarine, and milk. Bring to a boil over medium
heat, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from
heat. Add marshmallow cream and chocolate chips; blend until smooth. Stir in
walnuts and vanilla extract. Pour into prepared pan. Chill two hours, or
until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board. Peel off foil and cut into
squares.

Serving Ideas : Cut into squares.
NOTES : Butterscotch, vanilla, or peanut butter chips may be substituted for
the semisweet chocolate chips.
