Shortbread

Title: Shortbread

Yield: 48

2 c butter, no substitutions
1 c sugar
1 ts vanilla
6 c flour
powdered sugar

Preheat oven 325 degrees.
Mix together butter, sugar and vanilla. Add flour. Press into 15x10 inch pan,
and poke with a fork. Bake for 30 minutes, and immediately cut into 2x1 inch
squares, remove from pan. Dredge in powdered sugar.
