Confetti Chocolate Chip Cookies

Title: Confetti Chocolate Chip Cookies

3/4 c Golden crisco shortening
1 1/4 c Firmly-packed brown sugar
2 tb Milk
1 tb Vanilla
1 Egg
1 1/2 c All-purpose flour
1 ts Salt
3/4 ts Baking soda
1 c Coarsely chopped walnuts
1/2 c Semi-sweet chocolate chunks
1/2 c White chocolate chips
1/2 c Milk chocolate chips
1. Heat oven to 375oF (190oC).
2. Combine Golden Crisco Shortening, brown sugar, milk and
vanilla in large mixing bowl at medium speed of electric
mixer until well blended. Beat in egg.
3. Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Beat into creamed
mixture at low speed until blended.
4. Stir in walnuts, chocolate chunks, white chocolate
chips and milk chocolate chips. Drop two level measuring
tablespoons (30 mL) of dough into a mound for each cookie.
Place 3-inches (7.5 cm) apart on ungreased baking sheet.
5. Bake at 375oF (190oC) for 8-9 minutes (cookies will
appear moist). Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet. (Hint: Do
not overbake. Cookies continue to bake during 2 minute
cooling time on baking sheet.) Remove to cooling rack.
Makes: 2 dozen 3 inch (7.5 cm) cookies
