Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup margarine -- softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 large egg white
1 cup flour
3 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips

Beat brown sugar & margarine until light & fluffy. Add vanilla &
egg white & beat well. Add flour, cocoa, baking soda & salt just
until blended. Stir in chips. Drop onto sheets sprayed with Pam.
Bake 375 for 8 - 9 min. Cool on sheets 1 min. then remove to a
rack.
