Cheese Toasties

3 Lg Eggs
2/3 C Mayonnaise
1/3 C Romano Cheese -- grated
1 Tbsp Paprika -- hungarian!
Dash Cayenne
1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
12 Slices Bread -- good bread

In a shallow dish beat up the eggs and mayo.
On a flat plate, mix all the rest of the stuff (except for bread).
Trim crusts from bread and slice each piece into three strips.
Grease large baking sheet.
Dip each piece of bread in eggs, drain, then coat in cheese mixture, thoroughly
but not heavily. Place on prepared baking sheet (Can be refrigerated at this
point for up to 6 hours).
Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 10-12 mins or til tops are golden. Let
cool on sheet for one minute, then remove to serving platter.
