Peppered Cheese Ball

8 oz cream cheese
1 t fines herbes
1 t chives
1 t worcestershire sauce
1 t garlic
3 t pepper

combine ingredients, except seasoned pepper
shape into a ball
slightly flatten one side
roll in seasoned pepper
wrap in plastic and chill 6-12 hours, until firm
serve slightly chilled or at room temperature, with assorted savory
crackers, breads, or toasts to the side
