Peppy Cheese Log

4 c cheddar cheese
12 oz cream cheese
2 t diced pimiento
6 oz blue cheese
2 t onion
1 t worcestershire sauce
1 c toasted nuts

combine all ingredients (except nuts) in a food processor process to mix
well
cover and chill for 30 minutes
form into a log
wrap in waxed paper and chill for 2-96 hours
unwrap and roll in chopped nuts to coat evenly
serve at room temperature, with assorted savory crackers
to the side
