10 ounces spinach, frozen
1 small Yellow squash -- diced
1/2 small Onion -- minced
2 Carrots -- diced
4 cloves garlic -- minced
6 ounces v-8® vegetable juice
1/2 cup Navy beans
4 cups Water
1 teaspoon Salt
I just thru it all in the crock and let it cook on high all day. I had two
bowls for lunch yesterday and today, and the kids ate "just a taste"
